The reservations feature of this Web site is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods or services to make legitimate reservations or to purchase of arts and craft as offered and for no other purposes. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Web site (as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation minors living with you). You agree that the reservations facilities and online purchase of art and craft offered on this Web site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. For any reservations, purchase or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site. Prices and Currency Conversion. All prices or rates are based on local currency the Australian Dollar ($AUD). Check with the currency converter please note prices are guaranteed only in AUD “local currency”.  The currency information supplied by this web site is believed to be accurate, but KAKADU TOURISM and/or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy. All major credit cards are accepted.

Sales and Shipping

In the event you have purchased art or craft and you are not satisfied with your purchase and the articles is returned to us within 5 days of receipt in its original condition, we will issue a refund. Note shipping, customs and associated charges are the responsibility of the customer. Purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Method of shipment is air mail through the Australian postal service. Orders should be received within five to ten days from the date of placing the order. Shipments to remote areas may take longer. A door to door, express service is also available. World wide delivery with all shipments insured and will require acknowledgement on receipt. All paintings will be delivered unframed and un-stretched rolled in a tube unless stated otherwise. Please notify us if your order has not been received within fourteen days from the date of placement. We will either track the shipment and advise when it is due to arrive or send a replacement to the value of the original purchase or refund the purchase price whichever is to your choosing. Please note payment of any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the receiver
